Next steps

Consultation: Before intake, Aubrey will have a brief phone call with you (approximately 15 minutes) to determine whether her services, availability, and approach may be a good fit. This is also a good time for you to ask questions and can be helpful if you are still deciding between therapists.

Intake and first appointment: The first full therapy session takes place after consent forms and intake paperwork are complete. It includes a clinical assessment of your concerns, expectations, symptoms, goals, personal history, and other information needed to create a treatment plan. The intake process may span more than one session.

Are you currently deciding between multiple therapists before choosing whom to work with? *
Once therapy begins, what is your session format preference? *

In-person sessions are currently limited to 2–3 days per week and generally available in the morning. Telehealth offers more scheduling flexibility. Aubrey is available four days per week for sessions.

How would you like to proceed after submitting? *

This form is not monitored continuously and is not for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. You can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Because it may take several weeks to begin services, do not wait for a response to this form if you are in crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, or feel unable to stay safe.

Submitting this form does not establish a therapist-client relationship or guarantee services. A therapeutic relationship begins only after you and Aubrey mutually agree to work together and all required intake paperwork is complete.
