Aubrey Webster Counseling

Hi, I’m Aubrey. I’m glad you’re here. It can feel overwhelming to seek support. My clients seek counseling for a myriad of reasons, but most have felt disconnected from themselves and others for a while, or are going through a transition. Whatever brings you here, I believe our struggles make sense in the context of our experiences. Alongside managing mental health symptoms, I work with people to understand the underlying issues that drive our actions.

Therapy for people who have talked about their past enough—and are ready to process it.

In my practice, I recognize that past experiences continue to shape present-day life. Because of this, we might struggle to move on from old survival strategies that used to help us. In my work, I find that when we address the past, we can shift our present and future simultaneously.

For more than 10 years, I’ve worked with people who face anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship challenges, stress, low self-confidence, and addiction or compulsive behaviors. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in genuine curiosity. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable enough to explore difficult experiences, reconnect with yourself, and discover new ways of moving through life.

My work is grounded in Transpersonal Psychology and integrates EMDR, Art Therapy, mindfulness, and meditation when they support your goals. There are many ways to heal and grow. I work together with my clients to find the approach that honors your unique experiences, builds on your strengths, and supports meaningful, lasting growth.

You don’t have to be “good at art” to benefit from Art Therapy—creative expression can simply offer another way to access thoughts and emotions that are difficult to express with words alone.
